This notice explains how Camgram Medical Solutions handles website usage information and information submitted through the Camgram website. Camgram Medical Solutions is the business responsible for that information.
Information collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, organisation and the details you provide. You may also provide a contact number. Providing this information is voluntary.
Netlify hosts the website and processes content delivery network request logs to operate and protect the service and to provide aggregate Web Analytics. Netlify uses IP addresses to estimate unique visitors and provides statistics such as pageviews, approximate visitor locations, popular pages, referral sources, missing resources and bandwidth.
How information is used
Camgram uses submitted information to understand and respond to your enquiry or request. Camgram does not sell submitted information.
Camgram uses aggregate website statistics to understand general traffic patterns, audience locations, referral sources, popular pages and technical issues. Camgram does not use these statistics for targeted advertising or individual visitor profiles.
Service providers and international processing
Service providers may process information as needed to host the website, provide server-side Web Analytics, receive a form submission or support the communication you request. Netlify hosts the website and provides Web Analytics. Formspree processes contact-form submissions.
Service-provider infrastructure may process information outside South Africa. The location depends on the infrastructure used to provide these services.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain appropriate business records or meet applicable obligations.
Camgram uses the rolling Web Analytics reports that Netlify makes available for up to 30 days.
Your requests
You may contact Camgram to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
Analytics and cookies
Camgram uses Netlify Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use. The service derives analytics from Netlify's server-side content delivery network logs and does not add client-side analytics code or set analytics cookies.
The website does not use advertising pixels, marketing cookies or session recording. If this changes, this notice and any consent mechanism required for the new technology will be updated.
